MALIN E. BERG
Malin Berg brings in fresh and valuable experience into every project with a proactive and precise approach in the execution. Malin has held marketing and sales positions at a range of international companies. She recently served as the Business Development Manager for a global company in Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality. During this time Malin was responsible for coordinating marketing and lead generation for the Nordic market. She was instrumental in establishing the Nordic HQ in Norway and Denmark. The work method was according to the Triple Helix model which contains to coordinate and negotiate with institutions, private investors and the local trade and industry. In addition, she also supported key project and clients for EMEA.
Malin strongly believes in the engagement and support of non-profit organizations. She is active in the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce and has arranged several delegations to the US as well as being part of the project team in the Swedish-American Entrepreneurial Days and Amerikadagen. Malin built valuable relationships during a year as scholar at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in London. Malin holds a degree in Business Administration from Handelshögskolan, Gothenburg Sweden, and has attended prestigious learning institutions in the US, Spain and Sweden.
KENT V. BERG
Prior to moving to Southern California in 1983, Kent Berg held executive positions in leading Swedish companies. After establishing himself in the USA, he purchased two American companies, one based in New York and the other in Newport Beach Southern California, serving as Chairman and CEO of both. In 1989, Kent founded Swede-Cal Properties and Viking Partners, owners and managers of commercial properties in Southern California. In 1998 he founded SwedeLinkCalifornia, an investment company specializing in assisting small and medium size Swedish companies desiring to enter the Southern California market.
Kent’s unique combination of multi-national corporate experience, entrepreneurial success, and financial management skills have given him the honor of serving as Chairman and Board Member for various Swedish subsidiaries in the US, Canada, France, the UK, and the Benelux nations. He is a graduate of Harvard University’s Advanced Management Program (AMP-81).

Kent is an active member of the Board of Swedish American Chamber of Commerce US and has served as Chairman for Swedish American Chamber of Commerce Los Angeles and Swedish American Chamber of Commerce US.
Kent is a recipient of Los Angeles’ Eliasson Merit Award. After moving back to Gothenburg, Sweden in 2012, Kent founded Berg Berg Invest together with his granddaughter Malin Berg in order to help Swedish companies transition to the American market.
